When we require certain personal information from users it is because we are required by law to collect this information or it is relevant for specified purposes. Any information you provide to us that is not required is voluntary. You are free to choose whether to provide us with the types of personal information requested, but we may not be able to serve you as effectively or offer you all of our Services when you do choose not to share certain information with us.

1. User information you provide to us at account registration. When you create an account at Bitmine, you provide us with personal information that includes your contact information (email, name, and a password). You can also choose to add an active mobile number for SMS or Google Authenticator to be used for 2FA for additional account security. 2. Formal information you provide to us when authenticating user identity. When you request for account recovery or assistance and/or compliance purposes such as KYC, we require you to undergo user identity authentication. This entails collecting formal identification which include but are not limited to Tax ID number, passport number, driver’s license details, national identity card details, photograph identification cards. 3. Information we collect as you use our Services 3.1 Usage and log information We use a variety of technologies, including cookies, local storage such as browser web storage or application data caches, databases, and server logs to monitor and collect log information sent by your browser. This log information may include: IP address, browser type, browser version, page of services you visit, access time and date, time spent on these pages, and more statistical data. In addition, we may use third-party services to collect, monitor, and analyse such information to enhance the functionality of our Services. These third-party service providers can only view the use of your personal data when needed to perform tasks on our behalf. 3.2 Transaction information We may request for transaction information including e-wallet addresses, deposit and withdrawal snapshots, account balances, trade history, order status and payout data.

International transfer of personal information By submitting your information, you agree that your information, including personal data, may be transferred and stored computers and systems located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction. In the event of such transmissions, we will endeavour to ensure that your information is protected to the same extent as is specified in your country.

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We have no control over the content and privacy policies of any third party website or service and is not responsible for it.

Children Privacy

Our Services are not directed at person under the age of eighteen (18). If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your children has provided us with personal data, please contact us. If we discover that a person under the age of 18 has provided use us with personal data, we will delete such information from our servers immediately.

We do not allow the deletion or deactivation of user accounts, permanently or not.
