Richard Norman
Richard Norman is CFO and joined Bitmine in 2018, she is responsible for accounting and human resources management. As a qualified mathematician with additional training in taxation and finance, she has an advantage in analyzing and determining the profits of the company’s investments, the capital structure and how the company manages its income and its expenses.

Elisa Biralen
Elisa Biralen is Head of Marketing and PR at Bitmine and joined the company in 2021 after 8 years of business management. He has been involved with the crypto scene for several years and often writes industry thought leadership articles for various crypto publications and podcasts. He also has extensive experience in scaling management and brand analysis for a variety of industries, as well as IT security certification with IBM.
Paul Garrett (CTO)
Paul Garrett started at Bitmine as a developer and his talent and dedication quickly led him to the role of Chief Technical Officer (CTO) in mid-2020. As a software engineer and architect, he has over 12 years of experience in different fields, where he has been involved in more than 30 projects and collaborated with many high-level companies around the world.
Benjamín Julius
Benjamín Julius is Bitmine’s Mining Manager and Key Account Manager for Sellers of Hashpower. He started mining back in 2012. In 2016 he managed a 200kW mining farm before joining Bitmine in early 2018.
Helen Johnson
Helen Johnson is Head of Operations at Bitmine and has extensive experience in blockchain and technology. His experience in data engineering and senior backend development has been essential to Bitmine's success, and he has experience working at large international companies and managing large teams.
